My family and I were in the process of relocating to Nashville from out of state. Jennifer helped us immensely when we were determining where to live and had Nashville as a top option. She walked us through pros and cons of different neighborhoods, gave us tips and tricks when visiting and was super responsive when we found a property that looked interesting. Jennifer Turberfield was the realtor we chose for the sale of our home. She was absolutely on top of her game. She was playing chess while everyone else (including buyer’s agents) were playing checkers. She has the experience to recognize potential problems, and the ability to craft creative solutions. Because of her efforts upfront, we sold our home the first day on the market.
