I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased with my stay that I wanted to share my experience! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by staying at the restaurant and dining at Plume. The staff was always so friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. I appreciated the small touches like courtesy champagne and chocolate strawberries, cookies, and turndown service ... that was always executed in a quiet, unobtrusive manner. Thank you, we will be back again soon!

Incredibly nice hotel! Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome! Located close to Metro and within walking distance to several tourist stops. Highly recommend the Jefferson!!!!
Service at the front desk was extraordinary. The breakfast there was mediocre at best. In addition, the robes provided were so stiff and scratchy you couldn't use them. Their spa isn't much of a spa. Just have massage therapist scheduled if you ask. Our room was across from the elevator which was a "deluxe suite" and was quite noisy. Service is 5 star. The rest, 3.
Holy wow! The service is amazing, it's almost like they read your mind. This was the most luxurious and relaxing hotel we stayed at. They are on top of their game.
If you like brunch and you haven't been here you are missing out! The best!
Amazing staff! Very accommodating the entire evening to all of the guests.
