Actually had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel, we wanted to give it five stars BUT our experience has been ruined with ongoing issues with the hotel taking unauthorised amounts from our credit card even AFTER we checked out!! When it occurred during our stay we were assured that they would remove the blocked amounts......but they have not. � We spent over an hour whilst in NYC on our last day of our holiday in the USA on the phone to the hotel and to our bank to try and sort this mess out as the unauthorised amounts ... read more
What a fantastic stay we had. They treated us and our pooch like best friends - we really felt at home. It's rare that I'm surprised by food: Pumpkin & apple soup!?! That's genius.
Beautiful luxury hotel, excellent service. Great location.
What luxury. We wanted to take the bed home but it didn't fit in our luggage. The perfect place. Service amazing.
