Very pleased I definitely had a pleasant experience of shopping and then buying a used vehicle with this dealer. They found what I was looking for and made the deal painless and fast and easy. Great Great location, modern and clean building . I enjoyed my salesmen and felt no pressure to buy. For me Chrysler sales itself. This is my third Chrysler and each one has been a great long lasting vehicle. Jeff D'Ambrosio has always had a great selection and a very knowledgeable and encouragement staff. When I test drive a car they encourage you to ask questions about the vehicle so you can become familiar with the car.

Anytime We went in prepared to fight for what was agreed to by phone. We did not need to. Very honest people from sales to finance. They never tried to slip anything past me. In fact, they made the experience a pleasure. I would buy from again anytime.
Refreshing Great to go to a dealer with no hard pressure the first time in the door. This was so refreshing, they were very accommodating and extremely conscientious and, more importantly my sales man is still available after the purchase I made, to answer questions regarding my new car such as garage programming and incidentals. Local dealer Being our local dealer we felt we had to stop by and check what they had for offer. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most knowledgeable and polite salesman. I had test drove all day which was a nice change of pace. We ended up finding a suitable vehicle for us. At first the price was way out of our range but they went out of their way to get us the price we needed. Thanks to Mike we left that day, and we purchased from a local dealer. I recommend them.
nothing but satisfied I am nothing but satisfied with my purchase. Seemed as if everything was smooth and pleasant. I even enjoyed the finance dept too. I must say that it is not to close to my house but it is worth the drive. I am happy with my new/used car from this dealer
