Refreshing Great to go to a dealer with no hard pressure the first time in the door. This was so refreshing, they were very accommodating and extremely conscientious and, more importantly my sales man is still available after the purchase I made, to answer questions regarding my new car such as garage programming and incidentals. nothing but satisfied I am nothing but satisfied with my purchase. Seemed as if everything was smooth and pleasant. I even enjoyed the finance dept too. I must say that it is not to close to my house but it is worth the drive. I am happy with my new/used car from this dealer
good selection Good used car selection from what I saw. I just needed a car and I wasnt picky, but there was a good selection to choose from. My salesperson was nice and patient, good mood and didnt have bad breath! ;) Seriously though, great dealership in my opinion.

Helpfull Helpful, easy, friendly and relaxed, what more could you ask for. They worked with our limited budget, explained all the options and did not try to upsell us on things we did not want or need. Any prroblems were worked out quickly and froms tart to finish it was very smooth. I could tell our priorities mattered to this dealership.
I like this dealer Overall I have bought 5 cars through Jeff D'Ambrosio in downingtown, the last 2 vehicles were within 1 week of each other. I purchased a used car in March. and because of the great service and low price I got from the salesman I decided to go back right away and get a car for my son. I would totally recommended them to family and friends and obviously would go back myself.
I will go back Great dealer, you cant go wrong. I had a wonderful experience. From the salesperson to the managers, they all met my high standards. I like the way I was treated and I liked the bottom line price. I will go back in the future.
