We had a great experience buying a jeep from the jeep depot! I highly recommend it to everyone. I wanted a jeep my whole life and finally bought one, I wish I hadn’t waited so long.

Don’t recommend at all, went in to check out a TJ and planned on purchasing within the next week. Well my girlfriend didn’t like the guy, and I felt his Jeeps are way to overpriced. I also was advised by multiple people to stay away from the lot. He does have some nice Jeeps, but I personally would just not buy from him and will advice others to do the same. I have all my cash in hand and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I want to say thank you to Ian at Jeep Depot. His customer service was amazing while I was shopping for my jeep. I never felt rushed and he even stayed late because of my work schedule. Although I did not purchase my jeep there. I purchased from a private seller I would highly recommend you taking the time to shop at his dealership. He has a large variety and he is very knowledgeable about jeeps. He even took the time to answer questions for me after I did not buy my jeep from him. Great experience!

My husband and I made the hour trip down to The Jeep Depot to look at the verity of jeeps. Now I have bad anxiety with any car dealerships in general, but the moment we started talking to Ian it seem to go away.He is upfront , honest , easy to speak to , ask question as what are you looking for in a Jeep, not pushy, allows you to look without being all up in you. He asked about our budget, gave us great advise, he’s just seem like a all around great guy. We will Definitely be back to buy a Jeep from him .

Make sure you look at the paperwork and make sure the price matches up with what you are verbally told, I would also make sure you run a carfax if you plan to buy. Ian’s a good guy but I was told a different price than what I was charged, I was then told they would get me a Bimini top to make up for the over charge but I’ve never seen it and I’ve brought it up multiple times. I loved a Jeep I found there and the biggest factor in buying was the fact that it was a one owner vehicle, well I ran the carfax and it’s a two owner ... read more

Bought an 06 2 door SE from Ian at the end of 2017. Been driving around for ~7 months and loving it! Once I told him what I was looking for he showed me a handful of jeeps in my budget, very straight forward! There were a couple things I wanted fixed before purchase and Ian and I worked it out, I even had a couple small things pop up down the road that Ian helped me with no problem! When I get my next used Wrangler I'll come back to The Jeep Depot.

From the get-go, Ian has been wonderful! I wasn't in the market for a Jeep, but recently bought a truck from him. Great quality and great price. He made sure I was comfortable with and knowledgeable about my purchase. He was timely with his responses and incredible with his customer service. I just so happened to find my truck with him instead of another dealer, but I'm happy I did. I would definitely recommend Ian and The Jeep Depot.
