Verified Renter The jax is not only an apartment complex it a place that makes you feel like family. Yes sometimes the work does not finish. Same day, but rest assured when it is done.It's better than before.
Verified Renter Have not had a good experience since move in day. Constant maintenance issues, loud neighbors, community is not very clean, gates open (due to one that is broken).

Verified Renter A lot before grey star took over, unorganized. It feels now as though Greystar is attempting to pick up the pieces left from the other company. Although the apartments are roach infested I don’t feel it’s right or fair to raise the price of the apartments. New staff is amazing Anisa, Diane and Marlow have been great. Now it’s up to the Owners to do their part to make it actually feel like home. Overall I am at a 6/10 due to staff and maintenance

Don’t rent here Since moving here in July of 2022 we have had roach issues, water damage to the dining area wall that took them 2 months to repair. We had holes in the wall where the vendors had to cut open to view the extent of the damage, that we had to cover with a tarp cause it was embarrassing bringing over friends and family to that. We have had our water heater short out and cause the entire townhouse to fill with smoke (luckily I had a bad feeling and came home).
