I have curly hair so I am always hesitant to just go any where. But Ellie does awesome work, she knows curls and she listen to your wants. She has been doing my hair for about 7 years now and of course I followed her to The James which has great ambiance and friendly staff. The boutique on the main floor is incredibly nice

a nice place to be. in spite of having to wear a mask, it almost felt.... pre-COVID. The boutique down stairs is FABULOUS. Come check them out.

I had an awesome experience! Angie did a wonderful job on my hair, and I would highly recommend her. This was my first time at the salon and I loved the atmosphere. Very beautiful building, yet still welcoming and cozy! I appreciate that everyone was friendly, and that proper precautions were taken in light of the pandemic.

10/10 will return. Very welcoming people in a relaxed atmosphere. Lisa C-V made my head look so good I forgot I was ugly. If your noggin looks like a nest of the Robin, they'll get the job done.
Ellie is amazing! She always listens and really cares about the look you want. She explains how to do it at home, and makes sure you understand before you leave.
Always an amazing cut and color by Chile and friendly staff and great clothing selection.
We love Sarah (Chile) at the James Salon! She sees myself and all 4 of my kiddos. She is highly skilled, listens and adapts, and truly loves her clientele. We’re so happy to have her at The James Salon! Great location, beautiful store downstairs, and knowledgeable staff.
