This celebrity hangout has been visited by beautiful people for years and shows no signs of slowing down. If you don't have a reservation or a studio deal, however, don't even try it. The decor is simple and focuses your attention on the crowd and the menu, which are both out of this world. The crab cakes are a favorite, and the fried chicken is also excellent. If you can afford it, The Ivy is a great place to hobnob with the movers and shakers. If not, you can always order a drink at the bar. Be sure to make a reservation.

Ivy has always been my favorite place to eat. Food is always good. Wait staff are always prompt, courteous and attentive.
This is a must on your list. Service, decor and food were outstanding. Best meal we had on our trip.

Ridiculously expensive and always SUPERB. No better atmosphere to be found anywhere in Los Angeles. Magical, even though the waiters almost won't take no for an answer on pushing the booze (I'm 26yrs sober so I'm not afraid to push back). I've been a huge fan for 27+ yrs and I have all their dishes -service for 25- from their shop, INDIGO SEAS next door. Nothing could keep me away on a special occasion. People who work here are so stuck up. Food was delicious but I couldn't enjoy it because they made me feel like scum on their shoe. Guy with glasses who works there I despise you.
