I had the green salad with fruit, and my son had the fish Reuben. Our food was delicious!

Visited here yesterday (7/3/18) for lunch and it was amazing! We each tried something different and loved it! I highly recommend the Frickles! Sooo amazing! We had the Frickles (fried pickles) as an appetizer. pulled pork plate, bbq bacon burger, And gater. All of our food was great. Very friendly staff also! And even though they were slammed we were seated rather quickly. A Must try !

Simply love the Island Cow food is great and service too only disappointed once and that was 2017 we were down for 50th wedding anniversary and they were closed due to hurricane. Been coming to Sanibel since 1984 and visiting the Island Cow since 1999. Thank you Love this place!!!!!!!

We love the Island Cow! It’s a family favorite and somewhere we always eat first (and again) when we are on vacation on Sanibel/Captiva. The food is great, the atmosphere is fantastic, and we will continue to keep coming back.
