Fun atmosphere- excellent service- and fantastic food selection, quality as well as portion size. We visited 4 times for breakfast & 1 time for dinner in a 10 day vacation. My husband loved the seafood omelet & the seafood fajitas. I loved the coconut French toast, & sirloin steak. Plus who doesn’t love their muffins!!

After the Captiva duathlon this morning we had a celebratory breakfast at Island Cow on Sanibel. Our server was Nick and wow he was on point. Fast service and great food. I had the steak and eggs that had a garlic herb butter. My wife had eggs and their homemade corned beef hash. It was all so amazing and served with a smile and great atmosphere. Wish I got a pic because even Santa was having breakfast there. Go out and support local and ask for Nick if you want great service.

Yesterday was my second visit to the Island Cow. Both of my visits were fantastic. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and delicious food. The shrimp and grits are sooooo tasty!!! I will return next time I’m in town
Excellent service, the food was great and they had no problem accommodating 4 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. Job well done staff!
