We did a 3 day Weekend in Sanibel and ate here 5 times. Nice menu,great service,staff could not have been nicer and dog friendly. Oh and the muffins, yum!

We love this place , except for today when we went to have breakfast . There was a worker that was arguing with another worker and was cussing very loudly and our waitress went and told him to stop and he continued to do it , she acted like it was not a big deal . Never experienced that before . We were gonna leave , but the Island Cow is Always one of favorite places to eat . Don’t know if we will go back . Just Disappointed�.

We were so excited to try the Island Cow because it was always busy when we drove by. But we were disappointed with the experience. While our waitress was wonderful and the local IPA was good, the outdoor seating area was infested with flies, they served red wine that was spoiled beyond vinegar status, and our steak ordered ‘medium’ was so well done, it might as well be jerky. Fun vibe, but the food/drink does not match up.
