The Fried Artichoke Hearts are great. The waitstaff was less than stellar. My wife ordered the Red Beans & Rice. The presentation was unappealing. The flavor was bland. We’ve eaten at Island Cow and recommended it to friends numerous times over the years. However,?I’m afraid the the “Cow” has really gone down hill during the past year.
