Susan is a fantastic real estate agent. I worked with her to find, make an offer and close on an Apartment in Tenleytown in Washington D.C. My favorite part about Susan is that she is in your corner. She will fight to make sure you get certain discounts, credits and doesn't just try and push you through the sale. She is blunt and very knowledgable which will help you save money because she will push the other agent for concessions. I am very grateful to have worked with Susan.

Susan tapped into her network and went out of her way to get me in on a new construction condo in a popular neighborhood in NW DC long before it even hit the market. I had the floor plans, pricing, and videos of the units before they went public. I was the number one person to get inside the building and secured the best 1-bedroom unit in the building that checked all the boxes, thanks to her.
