worst patient care then i have ever had. couldnt give them a zero. over 2 months ago went through a at home sleep study. after doctor reviewed he told me 1 thing put something different on forms. requested a clinically study at that time. never heard anything called 2 weeks ago they finally called me today said couldnt do it till april now. the first i seen doctor the nurse told me i had sleep apnea no dought before i even took a test. you cant talk to anyone will have to call you an they never do. go anywhere else but here.
Supposedly accepts Iowa Total Care, on the ITC list and confirmed by Iowa Clinic when I called to make appointment. Just received my appointment letter and they do NOT accept ITC. Why did you waste my time?
Wish I could leave a "Zero" star as a rating. This has to be the least responsive and efficient medical office I have ever experienced. Multiple times in the past year we have attempted to have prescriptions filled without success. Calls are never answered by a person, voice mails are not responded to, fax requests by Pharmacies and Medical Supply companies are ignored and worse yet ... in face visits to the office in W.D.M. to speak to a staff member also fail to generate action. It took a couple of days to get a return call. BUT when I went in the staff was AWESOME!!! They even managed to get me in for imaging the same day so I did not have to drive hours home and hours back on another day.
