I understand the staff is overworked, but that doesn’t give the excuse to be rude. I needed important medical documents transferred before an appointment and if I hadn’t called and pushed for them to do their jobs several times over the course of two days, those documents wouldn’t have been sent over. I shouldn’t have to get pushy and advocate for myself when it’s their management and communications that are causing the issue.
Dr. Patel & his nurses are beyond kind & compassionate. I have SI injections which are very helpful & one epidural and it immediately helped severe sciatica! Thank you for helping my pain!
Maddie was wonderful. Very kind listening to all our concerns and sent us in the right directions for pain relief.
Worst place I've ever interacted with. Would not recommend wasting your time on trying to get help or an appointment here.
