If I could I’d give it 0. Honestly the worst experience I have EVER had with an OB, and that’s saying something. Makapatti or whatever her name is, is the kind of person who makes me physically recoil when I think about dealing with OBGYN doctors. If I could give them a zero I would. I have finally been able to get to the point I could make this review. I would not recommend ANY WOMAN going here for care especially while pregnant. I was a high risk pregnancy due to significant health issues and was not monitored for it. Then when I was 28 weeks pregnant I did my glucose test and it came back positive but never received instructions on next step until I reached out a week later. I was taken care of the whole visit. Supportive doctor and nurses. I was very nervous about the procedure that I had to have. It went VERY well. Front desk staff were very friendly.
I had a good experience with the doctor. However, over the weekend I was told to check in with my ob doctor. The nurse refused to schedule an appointment, and said many people that day had similar problems and it was just a part of early pregnancy. She said come back later in the week if I still had issues. I’m a high risk pregnancy at 43. I had to go to the ER to finally get some real answers and get an ultrasound. Now I’ll have to pay more for what could have been done at the clinic.
