I wanted to have confidence in this practice, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. Throughout my pregnancy, I felt like many of my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as “normal pregnancy symptoms” without enough discussion or explanation. I’m torn about this place. I loved the OB doctors and the receptionists I had back then. One receptionist even had my name memorized and would check me in the second I stepped into the room! I had two kids here, and everything was great; I loved the place and the people. Now, I’m expecting my third child and wanted to come back, but the receptionist I dealt with was incredibly rude. Story Time: So I have pmdd and called in a mental health crisis and the receptionist told the nurse your patient has questions for you. Then I told the nurse no I have been struggling and she gave me the whole go to the er and let me ask the doctor just to call me back and say the same thing. I got no words of comfort and no one asked me to be seen asap.
