Read all of the other reviews, nothing has changed...for years. We were stuck with them due to a Christmas birth and now I know why they had availability. They don't care to change. Mr. Osborne, md is from what I observed the main problem. He owns the practice and doesn't value his patients' (the ones paying him!) questions, concerns or input. He is dismissive of those but he will gladly engage about how successful he is. You do not get to see the same doctor here either which is clearly part of the dissociative problem they... read more
I love the iowa clinic. Very good care during my pregnancy till after delivery! Dr therese tran did a amazing job on my c-section! I also wanna point out Kimberly Alton who is there for my after pregnancy care she is a great and caring woman who really cares about her patients and takes you serious.
Went in today for a standard yeast test. I know these tests take a maximum of ten minutes from prior testing done in Iowa City. Was told I would get a call back sometime today, after my appointment at 11. Now they’re closed. Now I must continue with symptoms for god knows how long until they call back. While the nurse was wonderful, the doctor was so condescending and rude. Treated me like a number.
Had to reschedule a few times because of work things or family things that came up, and was told I couldn't reschedule anymore. WOW. Not very accommodating and an unfriendly person answering the phone for appointments. Do better.
