This clinic is a joke and compete waste of time.
Stay away. They don't have the equipment they need at the Iowa Clinic to give you an at home sleep study for the Inspire device! I had to drive all the way to Mercy in Newton to get it and then drive all the way back to return it the next day! Even tho I was told by the tech in Newton that the same equipment was available at Mercy in WDM!!! Wow! I even asked that question and they said it wasn't available and they wouldn't even have it sent to WDM from Newton! What happened to "Doctor, do no harm"? Instead, have your sleep d... read more
Good luck ever getting ahold of them. I called them back 3 minutes after missing their call and no one ever answered.
Terrible. Just terrible. You get a referral for a sleep study, they schedule you for a sleep study. They don't tell you that you also have to see a pulminologist first so when you show up for your 4:00 appointment at 3:55, they try to cancel because you actually have a 330 appointment with pulmonary, for which they charge $400 for them to ask, oh so you're wanting a sleep study?
