Our doctor sent in an order two weeks ago and we’ve received no call. We have called and no one answers the phone. Someone is not doing their job!
I have been going to the Iowa Clinic for a long time now, and have always had fantastic care.....until having to deal with their infusion center. My insurance approved a medication a month ago, and since then, I have called a dozen times, and they never answered the phone. I left numerous voice mails and never received a call back. Saying I am disappointed is an understatement.
