Had a colonoscopy 2 weeks ago. It's clear this outfit is only interested in high volume procedures and little patient care. Scheduling told me having a colonoscopy was better than chemo. It was downhill after that. The doctor's bedside manner was rude and aggressive. I would not recommend them and I will not return to this clinic. Having me fill out a satisfaction survey before the procedure says it all.
Disappointing - completely unresponsive. Physician's referral has gone unanswered for weeks. I (patient) have followed up 3 separate times and have either been told someone will call me, they're understaffed call back later, or I'll be notified of appointment soon. Nothing. Looking over their reviews, there is a surprising number of 1 Star reviews going back more than a year. How can the administrators or Department Heads not work toward improving the poor customer/patient experience?

I have been seeing Dr. Gibbs for 4 years to manage my IBD and he has provided exceptional care towards me. He is a top-notch provider. Every conversation I've had with him is always thoughtful and thorough to explain the ins and outs of what's going on. Since I've been with Gibbs, everything has been under control and he actively works to catch anything unusual early on, even if it doesn't seem major. I appreciate it.
