Good parking, someone inside at the information desk to help, friendly staff, and running pretty much on time.
My son has had ongoing care with this office and they are ALWAYS late. His appointment time was 845 (thought theyd be kinda on time- being a morning apt). We show up at 830, the do a hearing test, height and weight by 850. It was 925 when the Dr finally came to his room. This is one of many examples and is so frustrating, esp when missing school or work. The staff IS very kind.
My doctor from Pulmonary set me up an appointment with Gastrologist, earliest appointment I need to get in. Received a call from them telling me I could not see that Dr. And had to see the one I saw prior at which I do not care for. The secretary was so rude, I have a right to change doctors she told me no. Then put me on hold. Came back told me I could not get in right away and could not see that doctor he did not specialize in that. Then why would my doctor look it up and tell me about him and it would be okay. Injured my foot 3/23 very severely. Ask-A-nurse told me to go in 4/4 due to me being in pain still & answers from questions asked. They did an XRay but no MRI. Tried to send me home & said if it continues to hurt to come back(After already waiting over a week before coming in) The doctor got upset because I requested a boot or something that could help me walk.
