Got the referral for my sons tubes on a Monday and was told that the lady who does scheduling was out sick and to be expecting a call in the next couple days. Okay, no big deal. Called back after a few days and got very rude and snobby receptionist saying that she was still out sick. Alright, still fine but she had a horrible attitude. Called again the following week to get the same lady with an even worse attitude saying that there was a death in the family and that was it. I brought my daughter here 2 years ago a couple times at 15 months old. They were amazing each time. They were able to squeeze us in and seen as soon as possible. I returned today for my 2 year old son and we had Dr. Baldwin and it was again amazing care I am so thankful for the customer service at the front desk, assistance from nurses and services from the ENT doctors. They do amazing with young children and concerned parents. We look forward to our follow up in a few months ! Thanks for today Dr. Baldwin!
My very first visit at this clinic and I had a great visit with Tanner. Definitely recommend you to try this location.
our son had ear trouble that wouldn’t go away so we were referred here by his pediatrician. from start to finish it was an excellent experience. we had no wait for our appointment, even the doctor was with us within moments and immediately knew the problem and how to fix it. he was speedy but very kind and informative. the nurses and administrative staff were great too. my son is young and was a little nervous but Dr Steven cleaned his ear out with no problem and as soon as we left my son said his ear was already feeling bet... read more
