Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and professional. I’ve gotten there 15 minutes early for my appointment times and usually get through a little early and quickly! It’s been a very positive experience.
Why is a medical facility trying to sell me stuff as a part of the check in process? Are you here to provide care to patients or yourselves? These little details matter, and I am literally considering switching back to a provider that puts their patients first instead of the bottom line.
Always impressed with the medical imaging department. I had my mammogram today and as always it was a good experience. The front desk is respectful. The nurse that did my imaging was very professional, caring and gentle while putting me at ease. In and out very quickly.
If you have cancer and have to work a full time job, do not come here. Excessively long wait times, loud waiting rooms. There are other providers in the area who are more respectful of your time.
Amazing doctors and amazing care! I’ve been a patient for over 15 years and I’ve always been very happy with the doctors I have seen in the facility.
