Service – This facility is excellent. Matt, GM, is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Its too bad that not all of his employees have the same attitude toward the guess. This is a resort area and is tourist trade only so I would suspect that all employees would be friendly to customers. Regardless I will return as this is a great hotel and a wonderful city.
