After opening just 5 days after buying the building, the bar was sparse at first. It was, however, filled with delicious food that is ever changing, a draft selection that is also always in rotation, barreled and bottled cocktails during the week, and always some fantastic and inventive cocktails on Saturday nights, when their "Cocktologist" is in.
