I don't like beer, so I'm afraid my rating might not be completely fair. That being said, I did try some of the VERY FEW liquor drinks they had. They were so bad I could barely choke them down. One of them was made from fresh local ingredients and bottled locally. I wish I could remember the name, but I believe it was something along the lines of Allegheny Tea... sounded so yummy on paper. IBC always has local beer on draft, refreshing cocktails, out of this world food, a great collection of records and phenomenal service.
Great beer and knowledgeable friendly bartenders! We were visiting from Chicago and had a wonderful time!
