Amazing maintenance and front office! I've lived here for 2 years and they're always on top of things!
My stove had not been working since the beginning of this week and I called the office to ask if they can send someone out. That was on Wednesday. I called them back a couple of hours later and asked them if they were still sending someone out. They told me that my stove isn't a "priority" when it comes to maintenance issues. I'm sorry! I didn't realize cooking and eating wasn't a "PRIORITY." I just called them earlier today and they told me it's still pending and they don't know when they're going to come. Something is always breaking in this apartment!!!!
I've been living here since August and I love it here! Staff is always nice and friendly especially Kellie she is such a delight! Only issue I have is something parking kinda sucks and I gotta walk a bit far and at night time it's a bit scary but other than that it's a great complex.
I lived here for a little over a year and loved it! Maintenance was always quick to fix things and management was amazing! Office staff were always welcoming and helpful! Especially Lori, she was awesome! Miss living here!
