I have lived here for 2 years. I cannot wait till my lease is up, I can honestly say that it will be one of the most exciting times of my life, since I have lived here I have had roaches of all different sizes crawling on my bed, in drawers and on my clothes, counters, even my towels in the restroom, I have not cooked at my apartment in over a year since I am so disgusted with this nasty apartment. 10/10 do NOT recommend but you do get what you pay for. They have a huge mice problem so we terminated our lease early because they couldn’t take control of the problem. Mice literally ate food in our cabinets and it took them DAYS to take things seriously. Then when I went into the office to turn my keys in the office workers were very rude. There is a video circulating all over Bastrop depicting a man hitting a dog several times on YOUR property. This man is your tenant, and as property owners, you have the obligation to report to Bastrop Police. Have you done so?
They are the worst apartments that I have EVER stayed at. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. There a lawsuit waiting to happen.
I’ve lived here 2 years and yes the office staff gave me the run around on a couple things but ever since I started solely dealing with Kris it’s gotten a million times better. Any time I need something fixed they are out within the week to fix it. I love it here and plan on renewing my lease another year.
