Somebody keyed my car tonight in front of 210 and I don’t know who did.... they need to put Cameras out facing the parking...
I love the neighbors and the way the apartments are set up feels like home BUT how can we call this place home when we can't even decorate the patios? There's people that have been living here over 2 years and havent had anyone tell them to take their stuff down but im getting harassed?! I want patio privacy as well how is that a issue?? And the way they come at you about it is so rude. Not even sure if they deserve 3 stars at this point...
I used to work here as maintenance and let me tell you right here and now that this is not a good place to live. They don't care about your issues, they don't care about anything other than getting their money from you. Other then that you are not important to them. Oh, and if that airhead Debby is still manager everything I said is doubly true. Not a bad place to buy some good weed though. That's the only good thing.
Wish I could put zero, I have a friend who lives here that works in an area that was hit really hard by hurricane harvey. Her work is messed up and they have no power will likely not for another week. Due to these circumstances her work is unable to get into their pay roll systems and she will not be able to get paid for a week after the first. While most apartments complexes are being decent human beings and offering extensions due to a NATURAL DISASTER, walnut ridge has threatened her with late fees with possibly eviction ... read more
This place is worthless, the people that work there will say one thing and then the next day say something different. There is no consistency, and even after you pay your rent they will still post a certified eviction notice thru the courts. Avoid this place as much as possible, I wouldn't even recomend this place to my worst enemy.
Terrible. Incompetent. Had a dead outlet in the kitchen when I moved in and took 3 calls, with 3 people coming to look and say "oh... yea we should fix that" then a few weeks later had to cut a hole in my ceiling and 2 holes in the wall to fix it. Then the shittiest patch job ever, walls looked terrible! Had to call twice and complain to the manager for someone to fix it. Will definitely not renew my lease and will advise people to look elsewhere
Don't move here! It's over priced for the stuff you have to deal with.. I have lived here for 3 years, and there has been 100 different office workers. I don't think I have ever even talked to the same person anytime I go in or call. If you call and tell them you need something fixed or worked on they say the are going to put a work order in but then no one ever comes to fix anything and of they do it take months.. they are always so rude like it's our fault or something.
