I stopped in this bike shop on my way to Harriet brewery today. I ended buying a rear cargo rack and bag (which I had no intention of doing when walked in). They staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanic Erica (who was totally swamped with tickets at the time) found time to quickly install it for me. Thank you Erica!
