Really friendly place with staff who go the extra mile (ahaha). Shout out to John for sharing some special knowledge of my bike's origin, and Henry for moving me up in the queue after my ticket had been missed. Thanks!
I needed a used bike. Hadn't ridden in years. The atmosphere was welcoming, organized.. the staff were like friends.. felt no pressure.. just got great information according to my needs.. the first bike I saw was the one I ended up buying... definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get back into cycling or even the seasoned expert who's been doing it for years... something for everybody!
I am about 5.5 hrs away from home and I left my bikes at home. Went into the Minnehaha store and they were great people! Very helpful and definitely happy with my experience and purchase. Plus they carry almost anything you could want in wool! If you have tried wool for cycling and or every day wear do yourself a favor and try!
The Hub is one of my favorite places in the Twin Cities. I went there for a bike maintenance class a few weeks ago and loved it. The instructor was awesome and I learned a lot! The last few times I've had to go in for maintenance, the mechanics have been friendly, informative, helpful... I just know that when I go in there I'm going to be treated with respect and I'm going to leave with more knowledge and more confidence. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone. Highly recommend the classes, and don't be afraid to go in i... read more
I stopped into the Minnehaha Ave location yesterday after I realized that something was wrong with my brakes. A technician took a look at it, fixed it, and sent me on my biking way. He didn't charge me, didn't talk down to me (it was a simple fix), and showed me how to fix it in the future. I really appreciated going in and feeling like I could get the help I needed and feeling empowered to fix it and keep going. Everyone in the store was super friendly. I will be bringing my business here in the future!
This is the best bike biz in the TC Metro! Thanks!
These folks are awesome. Not only did they help me find the right bike for me, they didn't try to push me for buying something more than I needed. It is much appreciated. I also am very happy that they have been really flexible regarding my not being able to ride most of the summer due to an injury. I'm back in the saddle now , riding and they will take care of my new bike free tune-up/adjustment next month. Big smiles all around.
