A super nice employee (Matt, Mike?) at the longfellow location spent a lot of time teaching me about bike seats and helping me pick out the perfect one. It was really a great experience. :)

I bought a Jamis Coda Sport bike here (Cedar Ave location) over the weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I believe Zach was the guy who helped me. I have never had such a great experience at a bike shop like I had here. Super knowledgeable. They put on all the accessories I bought with the bike and had it ready to go within an hour of purchasing. I can't tell you how wonderful of an experience this was. I will definitely buy any future bikes from here. Thank you so much!
