Fabulous hotel, beautifully decorated for Holidays, wonderful ambience, great food; and superior service! Highly recommend and one of the best in hotels in Houston!
Let me begin with mentioning the wait staff, room service, and porters provide a very high standard of customer service. The food is a par above with an outstanding selection of entrees to choose from. However, the hotel was cold, Houston had dropped to the 40's and 50's - cold for us, but what I didn't realize it was cold because the elevators had been taken out due to Hurricane Harvey and I wonder if if there was a hole in the roof, but it certainly felt like it when walking by the elevator shaft. My masseuse was very abrupt and all over the place so I did not enjoy the Swedish Massage. She was not attentive, stepped on my personal sandals and I did not enjoy my time there. Also the lunch was over priced and not tasty.
