Absolutely Terrible! This used to be my favorite hotel in this city! I had stayed here before and the experiences had been amazing. I asked my husband that for our second year anniversary to stay at the Houstonian and he agreed. We called in before booking the hotel, no one infirmed us the elevators were not working and we were given a room in the 4th floor. I stayed at The Houstonian with 3 girlfriends for a mom’s getaway, and we unanimously agree this will be an annual trip! The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, but above all else- the service was impeccable! Each staff member we met greeted us with a smile, and was more than helpful!
