Our AC unit stopped working on a Saturday night. Not only did it take 9 hours to get a return phone call, we were told it would be a minimum of 36 hours before she would get someone out here. We made an arrangement that we would find someone sooner and she agreed to take the cost from our rent. The company shows up, gives a quote, and she sends him away.
