They don’t do necessary repairs, the owner never answers her phone or texts, she keeps her mailbox full so no one can leave a message, and she doesn’t call anyone back. She never posts the water bill on time but expects you to pay a $50 late fee if it’s late, even though the water company only charges a small percent. She also never posts the actual water bill, just a monetary value, so you have to trust that she’s posting what the charge really is, and she clearly isn’t a trust worthy ... read more
as a real estate professional for over 25 years I wouldn't refer this company to an enemy. you can really just look up the owner of this company and look at her court records and you get a pretty good idea what kind of human you're dealing with. Caseafter Case proves her. akwasi and property management and her blunt disregard for tenant laws property management companies with no real estate licenses are the scariest kind of people to deal with use caution with proceeding with this company
