Heard from a very reliable person that they hit dogs... abuse is abuse!!!!! And to think people trust you people with their furbabies. SHAME ON YOU!!!
Outstanding ladies and absolutely beautiful work. My two dogs have no anxiety over coming into this establishment. Which hasn't always been true for them at other groomers. I also take my cat for the cutest lion cut around! Their place is clean, their prices are more than reasonable, and above and beyond they truly care about your beloved animal!
Wags has always done a wonderful job grooming my cat. I would never take her anywhere else but Wags!
If you haven't seen the alleged abuse you should not judge. Animals are unpredictable. I sure hope it was not abuse, but if you didn't see it with your eyes then you probably shouldn't be giving a review.
My parents cat, Panda, was very matted. They were looking for a groomer in the area to hopefully fix him up. I emailed The House of Wags, through facebook, on a day that they were closed. I wasn't expecting a response to quickly. But I got one the same day! I told them how he hates to be brushed and how he might be a little difficult. They were so nice in the response back and said they would definitely try. Well, after his first visit there all his mattedness is gone and he looks amazing! My family is very impressed!
Great ladies & great groomers! My dogs always look & smell awesome!!
