I personnally have known one of the coowners for 42 years, and I have never met a person who loved animals as much as she does. She was always rescuing animals from the time we were teens. I know her heart and she is a good person. She has been wonderful with my dog and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Best groomers!!! Chris S. has been grooming my cats for over 21 years and I'd never trust anyone else to groom my babies. Absolute best! You won't be sorry if you take your dogs or cats to The House of Wags!
I have been taking my dogs here for a couple of years now. Very customer friendly and will continue my business with them!
House of Wags is getting some bad publicity via the internet because animal abuse at the hands of groomers. Owner should take notice and either lose the groomers or if they are the groomers, find a new business venture.
This is just terrible what I read about your saloon! Cross post........So I went to "house of waggs" on middle belt btw 7&8 mile to get my dog groomed and the two groomers didn't see me come in... I hear the one lady saying quit it you ass hole" n " your just as f - in crazy as your dumb ass owner".. so I stepped back n waited a min.. there's a full wall mirror.. n she starts smacking the dog in the face..hard like 5 r 6 times. . We recently viewed animal cruelty here. There are mirrors at the store and two ladies which can be identified, hit a dog 5 times in the face, for not"listening" it was a puppy!!! Fox 2 has been contacted! Dont ever take ur pet there again!
There have been accusations of abuse at your establishment. It happened when you thought no one was watching. Shame on you!! I don't care what your excuse was! The dog scratched you apparently?? Big deal!! Doesn't that sort of thing come with the territory? There is absolutely no excuse for striking someone's dog who has been left in your care. You, my friends, are in the wrong line of work. I just wonder how many other dogs have been abused under your care. Sad thought...
