Maya loves going to see Chris and always comes back absolutely radiant! It takes hours to make her beautiful but Chris always goes the extra mile and tells me how good my little girl is. Maya is a Samoyed so has a very thick double coat and it is extremely thick even for the breed. My dogs love going here. They have been treated very well and are excited to go through the door when we get there. This is a good sign to me and says they are very comfortable and enjoy the experience. Please be careful with using facebook to say negative things. If there was a concern it should have been handled there and then. Not only have my dogs been treated well but the grooming they receive has been exceptional and affordable. I think the allegations of abuse are hogwash. They groom my cat, Lucy, aka Lucifer. Lucy comes back looking beautiful and calm. Chris is the cat whisperer in my opinion. I trust them explicitly and have been extremely pleased with the service and care they have given my pet.
