We spent the weekend in Bendigo, the Shamrock is in the centre of town, classic old building, the room was small but warm, clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay there again.
Had breakfast here. Good menu and prices reasonable compared to many overpriced cafes around . Good size servings too.
Ordered fish & chips. Absolutely poor. Overpriced too.
Stayed in the deluxe one bedroom which is supposedly soundproof, considering room 102 is above the pokies soundproof it isnt. Why are there no bedside lamps ? Queen bed very ordinary would expect a king as standard in a so called deluxe room. Food over priced nothing great. 3 star at best.
