Haven’t stayed but went into the bar, service was terrible, I have never come across more abrupt and rude people behind a bar. The ambience is terrible, it’s a cheap pokies venue. We stayed for one drink and left. Such a shame as the outside of the pub is insane, it’s old, elegant and regal. I wouldn’t bother going in, admire from the outside.
Deni and Jess had the most unreal service and made it so welcoming! 10/10 to these girls !!

Terrific - well located hotel. The rooms are 'cosy' but still they are of a decent size; and certainly, very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. From this hotel you can get to most of the city's attractions - so really easy to explore on foot.
Outstanding meal tonight at the shamrock!!! Fish amazing, fleshy juicy sweet....Amazing!!.
