i loved The Hot Shop. We watched as a Pumpkin was being created. Everything was explained to us as we watched. Whether you purchase a beautiful piece of artwork or not please go and see the beautiful grounds there. Everyone was so friendly. This is a must see place. Definitely going back again.
Looking for something interesting and fun to do on a rainy morning at the beach turned in to an awesome experience. I highly recommend The Hot Shop at The Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach. Dan, Bill, and Kerry provided great glass art demonstrations and teachings. We plan to visit the Hot Shop at Orange Beach again on our next beach trip to make another item.
This was my favorite thing on our Spring Break trip. Sculpting the hot glass was something I had only dreamed about. And it was much more fun than I thought it was going to be. The staff was great!
