This hospital saved my life. I am so grateful for the care from the doctors to the lady who cleaned my room everyday on the N5 unit. I will never set foot in another hospital. Changing all of my doctors from Torrington/Charlotte Hungerford Hospital ASAP!!
Why is it that groceries stores have sanitizing wipes for grocery carts but your hospital has nothing for wiping down the bars and arm rests on the wheel chairs??????? Disgusting.
I usually don't give feedback on hospitals, but this time I have to commend the great care my beloved Grandma has received so far, she is a cancer patient and the staff has been excellent. During this difficult times ,they have not only comfort our Grandma but also us. Many thanks to the nursing staff. Specially Maria, Jordan, Aracelis, Anna and Harry. You guys are great. What a shitshow, Dr Stienmark was Shuffling around aimlessly in the ER, nursing staff was too busy on there cell phones and talking about the Home Personal Protection, and what guns they owned to care for my girlfriend who was in excruciating pain. Additionally a IV was started in her arm at which time there was suppose to be blood drawn for a panel....ooooops......nurses forgot sent in different nurse to take additional blood for more tests and when asked were first nurse was that forgot to take the blood we got a good old ... read more
