My dad had surgery yesterday and we had the best nurse, (Claudia);. Thank you Claudia a Dr.Klein for taking really good care of my daddy�
You guys have the worst nurses and nurse techs on the face of the planet. You take forever helping your patients. My mother peed on herself because she waited so long for someone to help her out of bed. Not to mention stole her lotion that was brought from home. Get some nurses and nurse techs that have some bedside manners.
Worst Respiratory Care department. Family member with COPD exasperation admitted for 2 days and has gotten worse because Respiratory has not been on time for any breathing treatments. The overnight treatment was 8 hours late and she's been in house for 2 days without a Pulmonolgist consult as a chronic copd patient with an acute flair up. Unbelievable.
Well so far I got no complain they treated me good
They toke very well care of me very nice nurses and doctors I want to thank all the doctors and nurses it took very well care of me wouldn't want to be in no other Hospital born and raised in a hard-hitting New Britain nothing but positive energy bless it Be�����
