From the valet to the doctors and nurses respected and listened to I have Husky A but I don't think it would have mattered if I had been paying cash up front had amazing care and was feeling better right way and was gravely ill when I walked in the ER 650am yesterday.

Care was outstanding. From the ER to the floor. Two biggest issues I had was lack of consistency with one nurse administering medications at one set of times and another saying something totally different and changing the times. My room is also right outside the nurses station and the lack of consideration for patients attempting to sleep is mind boggling.

The food is horrible! The response time when waiting for someone to respond to your request for assistance, such as a Nurse or Nurse Tech, is sometimes unreasonably poor. Even when emergencies arise on a “Unit”; there should be sufficient personnel to respond to common requests for assistance, from someone such as a nurse or nurse tech. An example of this is waiting for pain medicine if it is actually scheduled to be administered. I owe my life to Dr Katsetos and the emergency CAT team along with the people in the ICU area(specially Marta) and N4(specially Lisa G and Renita) ... You ROCK!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
