The nurses are rude and out of control. I myself have been in medical school and to be talked down too like they are better than everybody and stupid. They are on their phones when there’s room lights flashing and people need help. The nurse techs huffing and puffing when PATIENTS are in cable of even taking care of their own selfs for simply doing THEIR JOBS. RecommendedI had all three of my kids here and the maternity ward is so good! They take care of their patients so well I could not have asked for anything more! My oldest child will be turning 24 on August 30, 2019. I’ve been in here after surgeries and any of the staff on any of the floors I’ve ever been on were the best! The emergency department can sometimes be a little slow but people have to realize that somethings are more important than just a cough! 😉
Great staff very knowledgeable and responsive to your needs
I miss this place. I’ve lived in Wisconsin for 6yrs now and I don’t think I’ll ever find another working environment that felt so much like a family. I’ll admit some bias as a former employee but as Southington’s a small town, the role of employee vs. patient is one of minimal distance. I’ve also been on the patient side here in WI and nothing compares to care, knowledge and dedication to the patient, learning and improvement that Bradley exudes and excels at.
RecommendedI spent three nights in the hospital, two nights in surgical critical care north. The staff was fantastic, especially Barry, who was extremely professional, caring, and a pleasure to interact with. I only spent one night on N2, but again, very friendly, competent staff.
Still waiting for supplies to heal my wife's bed sores.
