Had an opportunity to do a little work with these guys during a pretty chaotic time in my personal life. Awesome, very caring people and the owners really do care! I would recommend the Honey Do of Charleston for just about any home improvement need.
My first appointment needed to be rescheduled because of hurricane Dorian. As soon as all was well, I re-scheduled. I had no problem. The phone was answered by a live person, rare today. I had several pieces of furniture which needed to be assembled and I needed some minor jobs I could not do myself. The techs arrived on time, worked very quickly and efficiently. Will not use them again. The owner can't seem to keep the agreed upon schedule and will continue to argue with you. Poor customer service! We had to have a garage door frame replaced.and they walked away 3 times saying it was complete and 3 times I had to show them what a ridiculous job they did and had to ask them to redo it. We have to possibly replace the garage door header and asked about how much it would cost and he through out $9,000. And when we asked to have an itemized quote because we were sceptical of that number... read more
