The inspection was prompt and very exhaustive. I would highly recommend them.
Details regarding the roof were stated one way in the report, differed from inspectors explanation. Alot of items could not be inspected due to being snow covered - you would think in this day and age, that excuse doesn't float especially because of the cost Also alot of good information
My realtor had recommended this inspector to me. Realtors would probably love him because he never finds any of the horrible problems that would stop the sale the realtors want to cash in on. He arrived on time and gave me the report extremely quickly. However, the inspection was completely lacking and not thorough. He had told me that he was only going to look for half of the time other inspectors do. And he refused to explain anything to me as he was inspecting.
