I've used em twice Both times for a tool that was put to heavy duty use. 1st was for a concrete hammer drill with hole boring attachment. The second time for a wet saw that made quick work of cutting bricks. They carry top brand, industrial quality tools. All in all it was a good experience. It's a good way to preview an expensive tool before you buy it.
