I called the store attempting to speak with the paint department and was transferred there seven times with no answer. When I spoke to customer service about it she said “what do you want me to do “and then hung up on me. I tried calling back and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up again. This happened two more times without ever being able to speak to someone. Home Depot, more saving, NO doing.
Very disappointed. I visited this location at 1:00pm today, September 3, 2020. Three customers did not have a mask on, nor did I see one on their person. Also, majority of staff was wearing their mask either under the chin, or below the nose. I want to be safe when I enter a place of business to shop. At least until the mandate is over.
The Home Depot 1 800 number employee told me I could make an online return but that I had to do it through the store and transferred me to the store on Breckinridge Lane. The woman at the store told me I couldn’t make an on line return to the store and would have to call the 1 800 number. When I explained that I had called that number and that they had transferred me to her she hung up on me. Currently preparing to make an in person return to the store and then take my 80 dollars to Lowes
Followed several times by loss prevention to buy a air conditioner. maybe because I was following state covid rules and wearing a mask ? IDK. Uncomfortable and won't be back unless its absolutely necessary. I can go somewhere else and not get hassled
5 18 2020 between 5 and 5 30p I stopped at the St Matthews location ... only 2 or 3 in line at which point I hear the front person in line talking to the person counting customers....the customers comments are his business...but when store employee starts saying that Andy Beshear needed to be thrown in the Ohio River with a lead weight....I left the line...$$$ spend anywhere.
if you don't mind just waiting
Customer service is terrible. I asked the sales associate if they had square bend screws before I finished my sentence he said "no we dont carry that:" I searched on my own and found them . That same sales associate was helping a man in the same isle I found the screw and he was gushing with helpfulness. Felt I wasn't helped because I was female. Discrimination does not set well with me. Will be taking my business to Lowes.
POS girl talked so fast on the phone and had no intention of any customer service. She wouldn’t tell me her name. I bought a firewood rack and needed to get an additional item. , 2 8 ft 2x4’s I have to go in to pick up the a Rack end and she couldn’t have them prepare 2 pieces of wood so I would have to hunt down somebody (which is impossible) I miss the good ole days when every purchase doesn’t have to be online. Dad always said “never trade with someone you can’t punch in the nose”
Home Depot Breckinridge Lane didn’t want to bring in their baskets in because it’s raining????? There are no carts. None. I’llseriously? Grab an umbrella and go get them! This is lazy beyond comprehension. I did not get all I needed because I had no cart.be going to Lowes from now on. This and amount other past reasons I dislike this place very much. Needless to say you all don’t care!
