Very disappointed in Pro Services home delivery. My father and husband are residing our garage over the weekend, and we arranged for home delivery of the siding. We were informed when they pulled up that we were responsible for unloading the truck ourselves. We were not told this upon ordering, and we were not given a delivery time. Are customers supposed to sit and wait with an unloading crew until the delivery driver deigns to show up?! This is unacceptable.
Not enough help at the service desk. Came to purchase a Nest thermostat had to wait 30 mins just to have someone pull from behind a desk. Got to be a better process.
But I miss Ian in the Paint Department
I will never again order from Home Depot. I placed a carpet order and you said 7-10 days it would be in. I called at 10 days, the installers showed it would arrive on the 12th. I called on the 14th-Home Depot this time. They stated it was shipped over the weekend and it wouldn't be in for another week-and no one told me a damn thing. They couldn't even tell me why they didn't call or even if it had been on back order. This is unacceptable. My business is going to Lowes.
Mick in tool rental is THE man. Super friendly, super helpful.
